this button key is located at left side of Scroll Lock key.

Now goto START->RUN-> and type MSPAINT
Then paste

[mitomcua]

and if you only want to take a screen shot of active window the use Alt+print screen

or if you want to have little more options such as capture a specific region, resize, add text, flip, rotate, crop...etc, then you can use this software (Snagit).
