Things to do in VietNam

I have couple co-workers (guys) live in US for long time and getting ready to go back VN/Thai to have a good time. They already planned out what to do in Thai since someone in the group been there before. They asked me for recommendation in Vietnam where they can go clubbing, having a good time, girlz.. which I have no knowledge of.

They will spend around 5 days in Saigon. Anyone has any recommendation for Hotel, Disco Clubs, Resstaurant...
